Key Accountabilityo Strategic Planningo Prepare the general strategy of the company to achieve the operational/ production/ sales goals and provide all means of support.o Implement the company’s vision, mission, and general direction.o Ensure that each strategic target is measurable and that results can be described numerically.o Prepare/amend laws and policies to facilitate and support implementation of approved operational plans.o Analyse risks, situations and events and provide solutions to ensure the continuation and growth of the company.o Coordination with the Board of Directors: o Coordinate with the Board Secretariat in setting the date, time and place of the annual shareholder meeting including preparation of the Business results periodic agenda.o Finance, taxes, risks, and facilities management: o Prepare and recommend/present the Annual Accounts for the approval of the Board of Directors.o Manage company resources wisely within the approved budget and according to the approved rules and regulations.o Comply with the company's internal laws and policies to maintain discipline and work ethics.o Review and analyse financial and managements reports to find solutions and areas of improvement.o Ensure adherence to approved budgets and not exceed the approved expenditures.o Identify and evaluate main risks of the company and manage the areas including mitigation of risks.o Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and management information systems and its application.o Ensure that the company has appropriate systems to enable it to achieve its goals and to execute its activities legally and ethically.o Meet all financial undertakings/obligations, planned company activities and all external financial matters.o People management: o Leadership of the company and build the right/supportive work environment between departments, divisions and individuals, including exchange of information and set directions. o Prepare the recruitment plan.

Managing the Production, Maintenance, Quality and raw materials ware houses for 6 factories.The company is the second biggest player in Bottling water for all over the KSA market.Building up a green field mega plant for water bottling in Riyadh. Choosing the suppliersFinalizing the technical details in all the contracts, monitoring and controlling every step of this plant till the start up which will be on November 2014.

Report to: GM No. of Subordinate: 425 EmployeesRole & Responsibilities:• Managing 7 Factories at SECLAM company as follow:• Yoghurt Factory.• Fresh, Fermented Milk & UHT milk Factory.• Processed cheese Factory.• Edam Cheese Factory.• Ghee Factory.• Juice Factory.• White Cheese Factory.• Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of the plant’s performance i.e. milk yield, manpower utilization, waste and machine efficiency.• Ensure that activities meet with Mansour Group requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies, and general duty of care. • Formulate strategies for controlling Manufacturing cost, plants utilization & compare it with the planned budget.• Manage and develop direct reporting staff, currently 425 • Setup the SOP’s (Standard Operational Procedures) & spot reports as monitor and control techniques, this to insure that the SOP’s are implemented in a restrict way to confirm the same quality standards for all the finish goods.• Trace and analyze any production problem and implement suitable solutions followed by updating the SOP’s. • Assess training needs for staff, and formulate incentive system based on the profitability figures.• Maintain awareness and knowledge of supply of raw materials to the factory especially raw ingredients to maintain fixed product cost.• Achieve area target KPIs (e.g. weekly & monthly schedule adherence, payroll productivity, efficiency, and over time & absence)Achievements• Increase the plant utilization from 45% to 63% in 1 year.• Decrease the losses from 4.5% to 1.8% in one Year.

No. of Subordinate: 257 EmployeesRole & Responsibilities:• Managing 24 filling Lines as Follow:• 16 Tetra Pak Filling lines• 1 Elpo BIB filling Line• 3 FS Trepko Yoghurt filling lines• 1 FFS Benco Yoghurt filling Line• 2 Rayeb Filling lines (Elopak & Nimco)• 1 Tetra top (TT3 180V) for filling Zabado SKU’s.• Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of the plant’s performance i.e. milk yield, manpower utilization, waste and machine efficiency.• Ensure that activities meet with JUHAYNA’s requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies, and general duty • Achieve area target KPIs (e.g. weekly & monthly schedule adherence, payroll productivity, efficiency, and over time & absence)• Circes Management:As what we have done when a complete factory had been burned (100% total loss) the fermented products factory.We implemented the backup plan and in 1 month we produced 85 % of our regular capacity of fermented products utilizing outdated lines by modifying the process equipments to adhere to sales requirements with minimum capital expenses.The entire project had been done without interrupting the production at all. This was a very good example for crises management in Juhayna Group. Achievements• Increase the plant utilization from 56% to 78%.• Increase the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) in the plant from 36% to 61%.• Decrease the losses from 3.35% to 1.74% in 18 Months.• Implement the TPM system in the plant after 1 year.• Saved nearly 6.5 M.LE from the 2009 operations compared with 2008.

Manage and coordinate the activities of new project.• Ensure the continuous improvement of methods, tooling, and equipment of the production process.• Provide an effective day-to-day production support and responsibility for the production line to ensure the quality of the product. Achievements• Achieved the 3rd place in the best practice project DANONE AME (Africa & Middle East) Zone.• Increase the utilization from 45% to 82% then installed a new line.• Received the best filling line performance award in the AME Zone in 2007.• Reduced the Manpower by 35% and increased the OEE 23% more.

Achievements• Increase the OEE from 23% to 54% by implementing the TPM way.• Solving the sorting problems which were increased the manufacturing cost by nearly 14.5%.• Provide training to people in my team to match the TPM qualifications.
