- Manage the company projects - Coordinate with the owner and the consultant about all owner modifications during project execution - Preparing MOM with the owner, the consultant and the sub-contractors - Review and confirm the sub-contractors invoices as per site execution exactly - Survey all quantities of the project - supervising all works (civil - mep - landscape ....)

1-   Preparing daily reports and monthly reports.2-   Preparing the monthly payments as per the approved breakdown.3-   Co-ordination with all sub-contractors to execute the works according to the approved drawings and timeline schedule.4-   Submitting all materials, shop drawings and subcontractors prequalifications to consultant and client for review and approval. 5-   Submit all inspection requests to Abu Dhabi Municability online system (MEPS). 6-   Monitoring the works as per approved project schedule.7-  Organizing the Weekly Progress Meeting in the site. 8-  Review and check all subcontactors works and submit inspections to consultant for approval.9-  Reviewing and approving the sub-contractors invoices.10- Arranging all approved documents in the site.11- Handling with Abu Dhabi Municipailty (ADM), Abu Dhabi Civil Defense (ADCD) and Abu Dhabi      Commercial Engineering Services Company (ADCE). 12- Getting completion certificates from the online system (MEPS) for Municipality and Civil Defense.13- Final handing over the projects to Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCE).
