•The Technical Office Manager holds the responsibility for and management of all design reviews, processes, and procedures. Manage and Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering and design review team for project construction. Coordinate and liaise with stake holders on all projects related budgets, managerial & design review decisions during the project's life cycle.•As part of the senior management team, the incumbent holds the responsibility to liaise and coordinate with the Program Director and the rest of the senior management team/peers with all matters related to operational issues required for the success of the program in accordance with the client expectations.•As part of the Head Office team, the incumbent also holds the responsibility to assist in the setting, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of all required management reports and KPIs for the particular department in accordance to the program’s procedures.

Establishing technical office for precast factory and evaluate the situation for the old and new projects that has problems in the design, production, and erection stages to present safety and economy unique solution. In additional to this task I handed over the planning department to rebuild the department and put origination system for the relation between others department in the factory like Engineering, production, and quality control.During my working period we designed and supervised on remedial and retrofitting works for residential compound contains on about 450 fully precast systems

- Responsible for complete Technical submitting, Material approval, and design of various structures.- Follow the remedial and strengthening works and construction activity in all stages. - Manage project schedules, resources and budgets relating to structural design tasks.- Manages the structural engineering team.- Resolving site related technical issues during the construction phase of project.-

- Take responsibility for engineering tasks, and perform associated analysis and calculations.- General liaison between architects, structural, MEP, subcontractor, and project managers.- Undertake in-depth analysis and/or studies of problems and identify longer-term solutions and/or options.- Prepare documents and reports to support studies and recommendations.- Develop and/or review modification proposals and work scopes.- Represents the company at meetings with partners, clients, and vendors.- Supervise and co-ordinate engineers and draftsmen, and assist young engineers to achieve their full potential.- Proficiency in writing and checking of design reports and calculation sheets.- Structural analysis and design for all types of buildings.- Have skills in using computers software for structural analysis and design. - Have the comprehension of International codes and design standards.- Responsible for initial concept & framing of various projects through to checking of working drawings.- Involve with Conceptual design to final design of Various Projects.- Obtaining approval from relevant municipality or command of military work for the designed projects.- Liaison between subcontractors for precast and pre-engineered work.- Assist with project bidding and staff resourcing and monitoring.
