Work for EMC in Global Maintenance project as resident Field Service E&I Engineer at Arab Potash Co. Power generation plant located in South Jordan Dead Sea.Responsibilities: Same as past experience in addition to below.Operation, Maintenance, troubleshooting for ABB Turbo generator 69 MW driven by SIEMENS SGT-800 Gas Turbine 56 MW with the latest S7-400 Control system combined with Heat recovery steam generator HRSG.Perform equipment start-up, diagnostic and troubleshooting.Perform cold wash procedure.Pre-commissioning and commissioning of oil system, starting system, fuel gas system, air system, and emergency stop loop.Maintenance and installation, calibration, and set-up electrical instrumentation (vibration probes, pulsation system, temperature elements, pressure transmitters, servo actuators calibration...)Locking-out and Tag-put.Perform small mechanical repairs at machining tools in the workshopHave experience in installation and maintenance of rotating equipmentEnsure the unit continuous operation by effective fault tracing and troubleshooting.Supervise and lead unit control and instrumentation upgrades.Prepare spare part lists and perform scheduled calibrations ensure the unit constantly in service.Contribute with the SIEMENS Field Service commissioning Engineer making all cold, hot loop checks and commissioning phase of scheduled A and B type inspections for both the Gas turbine and generator.Prepare control devices and instruments list then installation and commissioning of Unit Lube. Oil system upgrade.Excellent communication and in site cooperation with remote SIEMENS engineering technical support [Help Desk 24-7] to provide fast action technical supervision and implementation.

Work as site E&I Engineer of Global Maintenance team at PETROBEL oil and Gas Field located in South Sinai, Egypt from 2015 till 2020 then worked as same project resident site manager from 2020 till 2022.
