-Deployment & Management of IaaS, PaaS and Cloud solutions across entire infrastructure estate of Etisalat Cloud.-Develop and use tools for systems and infrastructure automation.-Translate the client’s business requirements into systems design, including high availability and disaster recovery -Manage and support Etisalat internal private cloud, (Virtualization, Redhat, Storage & Backup)-Drive deployment of the technical solution, including internal acceptance testing and delivery of needed documents (Low Level Design Documents)-Verify technical feasibility and validate solution options for the requirements.-Provide technical leadership for hybrid clouds, cloud migration, and the implementation of cloud management platforms.-Manage performance and capacity issues / risks.-Troubleshoot system and OS level issues at scale across multiple global DCs.-Research and development of infrastructure service improvements to help scale our private cloud.-Perform regular capacity forecast planning & determine various systems utilizations & needs for future use.-Implement and support Global Cloud Storage Architecture for SAN and NAS Storage Boxes.-Deliver & Administration of Low-Level Storage & Backup Solution Architecture of the Etisalat Private Cloud-CommVault & EMC Networker Administration and integration with application systems. -Support of the automation workflow in vRA.-Administration of virtualized platforms, networking and security solutions, following through with configuration, testing, and installation.-Perform migration plans and operational best practice based on business or technical requirements..-Perform necessary cloud systems & storage infrastructure maintenance in accordance with change management policies. ensuring Root Cause Analysis reviews.-Use infrastructure monitoring tools and proactively do in-depth root cause analysis on monitoring alerts to constantly improve the stability of the systems.

Participate in Root Cause Analysis reviews.-Review and Determine new project Hardware Requirements and cost estimates & Review of the bill of materials-Develop scripts for backups & Restore.-Perform Regular capacity Planning for future expansions-Provide mentoring to team members and technical leaders.-Drive deployment of the technical solution, including internal acceptance testing and delivery of needed documents (Low Level Design Documents)

Architect and Design solutions to meet business requirements and ensure these are successfully implemented.-Perform a Yearly capacity forecast planning & determine various systems/storage utilization & needs for future use.-Daily (preventive & corrective) maintenance and administration of OSS-RC & Transmission NMS servers HW, OS as well as all of its applications, procedures and processes.-Configuration and administration of OSS (2G & 3G) for Fault Management, Configuration Management and Performance Management.-Reduce the manual intervention and increase productivity of the Network Management Solutions-Onsite support, troubleshooting, diagnostic and follow-up of technical problems with internal customers.Creation and administration of performance profiles for 2G ,3G & 4G network elements.-Loading and setup of OSS Correction Package (CP), Emergency Correction (EC) different patches into OSS server, Application Server and workstation.
