- Assist the Project /Production Manager in the duties required to execute the project in an effective manner.- Planning and scheduling of executing projects and prepare projects method statement and lifting plan.- Manage and supervise fabrication and erection team in order to achieve the assigned targets and assure theirperformance and workload distribution according to the project schedule.- Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities or procedures to resolve production and erection problems and minimize costs.- Develop project specific safety programs in coordination with safety manager and project manager.- Responsible for maintenance works.- Responsible for understanding and accomplishing the customer’s goals.- Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients.- Studying fabrication, erection and maintenance tenders and provide offers.- Reviewing invoices with owner and consultant representative.

Execute the project as per the execution plan.Daily and weekly reporting to the project site manager.Follow preventive maintenance program for any rotating equipment such as (grinding vertical and ball mill, oil centrifugal pumps, girth gear of kiln)
