● Supporting the clients in their organizations in several areas: Project Management, Project Execution, Education and Training● Delivering Lean Six Sigma training in a classroom environment and facilitate hands-on exercises and simulations● Creating, customizing, and modifying existing Lean Six Sigma training materials for the client's industry based on their needs.● Providing frequent assessments and knowledge of industry best practices● Mentoring and coaching Lean Six Sigma practitioners

● Creating and using Value Stream Mapping to define andprioritize the areas of improvement.● Leading Scoped projects for the identified areas of improvementto boost the values through the end to end value stream.● Deployment of 20 keys manufacturing system.● Creating OW manufacturing system

● Continuously improving operational processes, layouts, equipment through using lean six sigma tools to eliminate wastes.● Designing new projects’ facility, vehicle, staffing and material handling equipment needs in order to improve cost, utilization, service, and efficiencies.● Recommending methods for maximizing the utilization of production facilities and personnel by restructuring job duties, re-organizing work flow, relocating workstations and equipment.● Conceptualize, develop, and implement new scalable processes, equipment and optimization techniques to reduce fulfillment costs, reduce defects and improve customer experience.● Conduct on-site observations, perform extensive data analysis, and create real-time reports to measure the current operations processes.● Develop training materials to support successful implementation and sustainability of the solutions developed.

Duties:-Ensure that all components of the manufacturing process are best optimized for maximum productivity, quality, and efficiency through using lean manufacturing tools to eliminate wastes through continuous improvement activities.-Reduction of manufacturing cost and scrap activities by analysis, proposing and implementing kaizen activities.-Generate the standard Minute Value (SMV) for each product;calculating manpower needed to achieve demand and keep company KPI’s.-Validate & design shop floor layouts and facilities to optimize the best production flow with minimum cost.-Making ergonomics assessments in all shop floor processes;improving the work condition and the workability of the operations.-Enhancing line balancing ratio through re-allocation activities of work loads in all the line in order to maintain smooth flow production.-Perform periodical time studies and re-balancing for the production lines after SOP to increase the productivity or optimize the number of operators.-Create and use Value Stream Mapping to define and prioritize the areas of improvement.-Create failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA).-Design replenishment methods for materials on the production lines (KIT system).-Doing work floor presentations for workforce to participate inchange and introducing new ways for executing work to them.-Coaching line supervisors and introducing them to basic workshop managing techniques.

A team member in a lean implementation project.Duties:-Work with assigned factories to continuously improve productivity by reducing waste of resources and helping value adding direct employees to achieve more.-Update product WBS and arrange assembly line's layout according to product.-Determine machine and labour requirements according to delivery date.-Set up and approve production benchmarks according to pieces and efficiency.-Introducing operational barcode system to determine individual operator and total line real efficiency, performance and analyzing Non-productive time.-Review and update product's consumptions and setting up standards for issuing.-Reviewing and updating product operations SMV.-Performing time,motion and work method studies.-Determining assembly line's actual capacity.-Managing line and floor balancing according to absenteeism, skills and delivery dates.-Attachments designing according to method study.-Doing work floor presentations for workforce to participate in change and introducing new ways for executing work to them.-Coaching line supervisors and introducing them to basic workshop managing techniques.-Evaluate skill levels of direct machine operators (currently for the ABC skill system).
