Fulfillment operations Management via WMS.- Receive and store products according the daily inbound plans shared by the buying and commercial teams and coordinating the needed stock levels per SKU.- Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the inventory management activities (Locations Space - Stock Movement - Stock cycle count) for almost 60000 item with around (2000 SKU).- Ensuring the inventory operations are going smooth, inbound, locating the products & updating them systematically till they go online.- Managing the pick list for the customer orders and ensure they are processing regularly & smoothly throw the outbound team process steps, (Picking, Packing & Shipping) within a timely manner.- Managing the reverse flow for the failed delivery shipments and the customers returned orders, quality check and the refund process, ensuring they're going on track following the after sales procedures.- Determines product handling and storage requirements to develop warehouse operations systems.
