As the Export Intelligence Head at Royal El Minya Cement, I lead a team of analysts and researchers to provide market insights and strategic recommendations for expanding our export operations and increasing our market share in the region. I am responsible for developing and implementing export plans, budgets, and policies, as well as overseeing the performance and compliance of our export partners and distributors.I have a Master of Business Administration degree from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, with a focus on marketing. I have also acquired skills in customer relationship management, sales and marketing, and data analysis through my previous role as an Area Sales Supervisor at Suez Cement, where I managed a portfolio of key accounts and supervised a team of sales representatives. I am motivated by the challenge of finding new opportunities and solutions for our customers and stakeholders, and I am always eager to learn and grow in my field.
