15 years of experience, mainly focused on programmes administration, coordination and management positioned at UK based international NGO’s / headquarter offices. Projects overseen under both Emergency and Development sectors, including that of WASH, Education, Food Security & Livelihoods, Health, Protection, Shelter and Child Welfare.Previously, became the designated focal point between partners worldwide for a safeguarding / protection led programme with a budget of £5 Million per year. Here, I played a leading role impacting over 20,000 children / households in 18 countries worldwide spanning across Africa, Asia, Middle East and Europe. Up to now, I have been on over 20 field visits across three continents. Mainly conducting assessments, monitoring, training and capacity building exercises for implementing partners in line with our standard operating procedures and key humanitarian principles. Lastly, I have been heavily involved in the design, development, testing and management of CRM / back-end data systems at headquarter office. These custom / non-custom tools helped to track general projects and covered more sophisticated programmes such as sponsorships.
