The AIM responsibilities include but are not limited to Project planning, cost management, staff supervision, time management, quality management, and safety management.Responsibilities:With direction from the Infrastructure Director oversee the Network Deployment and construction process in all projects including:• To ensure optimal performance and reliability, develop and implement network designs, including topology, protocols, and network security measures.• Regularly monitor network systems and proactively identify and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.• Implement and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls, to protect sensitive company data from unauthorized access and cyber threats.• Assess network performance, identify areas for improvement, and plan and implement network upgrades and expansions to meet the organization's growing needs.• Lead and manage a team of network professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they perform their roles effectively and efficiently.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, diagrams, processes, and procedures to facilitate troubleshooting, maintenance, and future network enhancements.• Collaborate with vendors to procure network equipment, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services and support.• Diagnose and resolve network issues using diagnostic tools and techniques, including hardware and software failures, connectivity problems, and performance bottlenecks.

The AIM responsibilities include but are not limited to Project planning, cost management, staff supervision, time management, quality management, and safety management.Responsibilities:With direction from the Infrastructure Director oversee the FTTH & Network Deployment and construction process in all projects including:• Coordinate project schedules,• Develop and maintain customer relationships,• Create and implement technical inspection and quality assurance procedures,• Interface with various groups like Applications Engineering and Product Management to streamline item development and set-up,• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders,• Develop and manage an FTTH product offering.• Review and maintain splice plans, test results, and as-builds.• Assist in reviewing NOC Design.• Attend site walkouts with customers.• Assist in estimating, project scheduling, and staff scheduling.• Attend weekly project status meetings.• Assist crews in troubleshooting using Industry software, maps, and designs.• Ensure that project activities move according to a predetermined schedule.• Assist in devising the project work plans and make revisions as needed.• Monitor the progress of the fiber projects regularly and report regular status updates to the Senior Infrastructure Manager and customers as needed.• Periodic inspection of work sites.• Ensure project documents are complete.

I.
