Schedule the project in logical steps required to meet deadlines.-Day to day supervision and co-ordination of on-site staff, subcontractors, plant and materials.- Able to manage coordination and motivate contractors- Able to performance manage contractors and subcontractors against quality, safety and programme targets- Follow up all construction and finishing works in respect of the milestone.- Coordinate between contractor and consultantto achieve the target.- Able to provide reports and keep good siterecords and data- Review contract, SOW, DD, approved Shop D, project Specs and project time schedule.Monitor and follow up quality and safety at the site.- Develop and implement quality control programs.

Inspect the incoming materials to site to ensure quality and conformity with approved material submittals, shop drawings, and issued job orders a • Prepare and report all quality-related logs (NCRS, MIRS, IRS...etc.) to the senior engineer• Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technicalmatters that may arise during construction Review sub-contractors' shop drawings as wellas outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their appr 2process with the project managerensure the implementation of the work as per approved specs, ITPs, and method statements and issue NCR in case of any non-conformity cases Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, Assure that the quality plan for the project is implemented and submit the required quality documentationwhenever requiredChecking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculationsConducting tests on concrete ( slump test-temperature-compressive strength)
