Supervise instrument department daily activities (ON-shore/OFF-shore)coordinate with maintenance planner and approve instrument department permits to work and work orders via computerized maintenance management system (MAXIMO).Perform Calibration and maintenance of field instruments with company contractors according to Prepare ( Daily,weekly,two week & 4-week activity plans\reports ) Ensure that all maintenance history and findings have been recorded and logged. Receive queries for production engineers and initiate corrective maintenance work orders with detailed problem explanation and job plans.

 Check the quality of incoming and outgoing material Monitoring / Audit Construction Operations Maintaining Records of Testing before instillation Inspection for installed Electrical and instruments equipment Create test pack for each equipment/instrument as a quality report Audit construction progress against P&ID & ISO Punch items does not meet specifications Deliver construction activity to commissioning team with cleared punches

Extend about 3500 m multi-cable and 2000 m individual cable to feed 5 junction boxes and 2 control panel.Cables termination, glanding and tagging.Termination from PLC side to Field sideStart up and troubleshooting.Following up the safety instruction & rules during carrying out the job.Handover the Instrument &control systems to operation

o Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and configuration foro Pressure transmitters, Switches and Gauges.o Level transmitters, gauges and switches. o Flow transmitters (∆P, Vortex), and Switches.o Temperature transmitters (RTD, Thermocouples) and Switches.o Valves (ON_OFF valves, Control valves, solenoids) with Pneumatic actuators (Single and double act.).o Aware with HART 375SEGAS LNG Plant (Shutdown ON hold activities) 5 gas turbines generators as GTG (Hitachi frame five). Two gas turbine (GE frame seven).o Replacing 5 Exhaust and wheelspace thermocouple elements for MR turbine.o Changing Packing, Actuator Service kit and complete maintenance for John Thomson Flow valve.o Changing Flame scanners on combustion chambers (primary & secondary).o Assistance in dismantling all the RTD’S and bearing vibration probes.o Assisting the REDAS vendor in checking vibration probes, proximitors, modules and function check for all loops.o Dismantling and reassembly of body and bearing vibration elements
