- Reviewing Time schedules, manpower and procurements according to scope of work.- Calculate the direct cost for each item by analyzing the item to its basics (Material, Equipment & Manpower) all conforming with the project specifications & ensure pricing inputs are supported by adequate Basis of Estimate and Bill of Quantities.- Prepare & send out RFQ for (materials, vendors & subcontractors), follow-up, prepare technical evaluation sheet, send & acquire responses and compliance sheets to prepare quotation comparison sheet Advise the best quotation on the basis of the technical proposals submitted, compliance to scope of work and delivery period of long lead items.- Upon commencement of project implementation, assists in the management of finance, human and information resources to maintain a good project management system.- Assist with the preparation of Terms of Reference for project staff, manage staff recruitment and performance reviews.- Checking for all mechanical variation required by the client and/or project consultant.

- Coordination and supervision of installation of the mechanical services of projects; - Assist the project team and logistics division in procurement of mechanical machineries and equipment.- Design and review mechanical installation and services in buildings; Ventilations, firefighting & safety, Air Conditioning, HVAC and ducting systems, Hot and Cold Water, sanitary, drainage, waste management and mechanical systems.- - Review the design of mechanical and plumbing services of projects. - Review Submittals of Technical Material and Shop Drawings submitted, Manage testing, commission, training and handover of mechanical systems.- Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
