• Developing the internal HSE system according to the QHSE Manual • Preparing the site emergency plan and it’s implementation at the site • preparing internal organizational HSE system for every member in the Team • preparing technical HSE reports as per “B.s” • raise the worker’s safety cultural by “ drill , training, safety signs, safety awards• raise the HSE team knowledge level by monthly verbal interviews• working on iso450001 implementation at the site to be ready for the next iso audit• preparing complete filing system with registers or logs for “ ptw system, reporting system, incidents and investigation reports ,check lists, safety induction training, tool box talks equipment’s register , internal and external audits , …..”• Organizing HSE meeting for the subcontractors to discuss the main HSE observations at the site and identify the due dates
