* Develop and ensure that the drilling related HSE policy and strategic objectives are developed, signed off and reviewed periodically. * Ensure resource needs are met to fully implement the HSE management system requirements. * Attend and participate in customer driven Safety Meetings, and weekly progress meeting job- site audits safety observations conducted weekly. * Work with the site to drive and facilitate a strong safety culture. * Manage and assist with the development and implementation of site specific safety procedures and programs * Ensures proper investigations of accident / incidents conducted for EH&S events and drives corrective actions.
