At Samsung C & T, led the development and mobilization of power generation systems (24MVA, 11kV) and substations (3x20/28MVA, 33kV), as well as MV and LV power distribution systems. Supervised the installation of electrical fittings, cable ladders, trays, and trunking, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications. Responsibilities included managing vendor and product selection and preparing technical documentation for approval on critical systems such as LIFT, generators, transformers, UPS, IT, ELV, firefighting, and AGL systems. Worked closely with multi-disciplinary teams, resolving construction and design challenges, while also reviewing and approving materials for MEP systems. Oversaw the installation of key systems like passenger boarding bridges (PBB), visual docking guidance systems (VDGS), and high mast apron floodlights, ensuring seamless execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Designed Single Line Diagrams (SLD) for substations, generator equipment layout plans, HT cable networking, and distribution systems. Work includes creating G.A. drawings for switchgear panels, PFI panels, main/sub/floor distribution boards, meter board and panel board designs, as well as schematic diagrams for LV & ELV systems. Determined substation sizes, including transformer and generator ratings, through precise calculations. Additionally, designed internal networks for telephone and TV systems for both residential and commercial buildings. Supervised and monitored the installation, testing, and commissioning of substation equipment, including transformers (up to 2500 KVA) and generators (up to 800 KVA). My role also involved visiting various projects to ensure the quality of electrical materials and works. Managed repair and maintenance of lifts, generators, and substations for 'The Alliance Building' and handed-over projects, assessing costs for these works. Prepared project cost estimates for electrical works, reviewed contractor and supplier bills (lifts, generators, and substations), and ensured material quality. Performed rate analysis for electro-mechanical items, evaluated technical and financial offers for substation equipment, generators, and lifts, and selected suppliers. Additionally, liaised with DPDC, DESCO, and PDB to finalize HT line extensions, demand notes, meter testing, and permanent HT connections. Negotiated with vendors for electro-mechanical items like fire hydrants and consulted management for purchasing all electro-mechanical materials, including cables, circuit breakers, water pumps, air coolers, fire protection systems, lifts, generators, and substations. Furthermore, maintained correspondence with apartment customers regarding modifications.
