"A ship at harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are made for."I graduated with an MBA in Human Resources Management in August 2019 and Master of Science in Accountancy in May 2018 from Saint Peter's University.I currently am working as a Principal Trainer for Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health in the Resolute Hospital Billing Application where I am responsible for curriculum and working with operations and analysts with sustaining the training environments. I was promoted from being a Credentialed Trainer for the Beaker Application in where I taught the laboratory staff throughout the RWJBH health care system on the EPIC platform.Previously, I was an HR Manager for a local school bus company where I am in charge of the entire hiring process, onboarding and orientation, and compliance. I also am a part-time HR Coordinator and Bookkeeper with a local religious institution. As the HR Coordinator, along with my day to day responsibilities, I am currently working an revising the employee handbook and on-boarding process.I have over eight years of Human Resource experience with three years specializing in recruiting. My interest in HR comes from the love of seeing people grow to the best of their potential.I am a highly motivated individual who is hard working and respected by all my peers and supervisors.
