I was promoted from being a Credentialed Trainer for the Beaker Application in where I taught the laboratory staff throughout the RWJBH health care system on the EPIC platform.Previously, I was an HR Manager for a local school bus company where I am in charge of the entire hiring process, onboarding and orientation, and compliance. I also am a part-time HR Coordinator and Bookkeeper with a local religious institution. As the HR Coordinator, along with my day to day responsibilities, I am currently working an revising the employee handbook and on-boarding process.I have over eight years of Human Resource experience with three years specializing in recruiting. My interest in HR comes from the love of seeing people grow to the best of their potential.I am a highly motivated individual who is hard working and respected by all my peers and supervisors.
