I started with setting the company's overall marketing objectives and commercial KPIs. I designed all the company marketing templates from the beginning in addition to building a strong online and offline marketing team. I crafted the whole new brand identity for COLORS Beauty in addition to building a complete retail and operation system. I always work hand in hand with other business partners and the retail team on the ongoing process of COLORS Beauty retail expansion.

Managed all marketing, commercial, and trade activities for all Coty acquired P&G perfume brands, including Hugo Boss, Dolce and Gabbana, Gucci, Lacoste, and Escada. Rebuilt the brand group presence in the Egyptian market, and jumped with the market share from 4% to 12% over the first year of operations.

Managed all commercial and trade activities for PUIG perfume brands, including Paco Rabanne, Carolina Herrera, Nina Ricci, Valentino, Prada, and Antonio Banderas. Successful results in sales and marketing.•Defined and evaluated market gaps and potential, and built strong distribution network.•Reviewed pricing strategy for each brand and adapted wholesale and retail prices in response to local market requirements. •Controlled parallel market while maintaining total brand profitability margin.•Built and mentored inside sales team. Developed training plan doubling productivity.•Followed up with inbound logistics to ensure on-time clearance and avoid out-of-stock situations for all product lines.

Managed Schweppes brand in the Egyptian market. •Planned and executed all marketing activities for international brand name “Schweppes”.•Clarified and evaluated market gaps and business opportunities based on retail audit analysis.•Conducted qualitative and quantitative marketing research projects. Non-concurrently I managed full-cycle “Corona” rebranding project starting from identifying core brand attributes to designing full communication campaign to final launch.•Managed all Corona repackaging processes for 84 SKU’s and integrated them into the whole value chain.
