I led the national enterprise education policy (young people aged 3-18yrs), ensuring policy commitments were achieved by Scotland's 32 local authorities. I also led the employer engagement strategy in support of youth employability. My roles involved relationship management of a diverse and demanding group of stakeholders and briefing Ministers and Senior Officials.

I developed and implemented a business engagement strategy to support enterprise education and liaised with Scottish corporate and business member organisations. I supported 32 local authorities to develop/implement local strategies to create school/employer partnerships and provided operational support and challenge to five local authorities.

I developed and implemented business diversity strategies, for specific entrepreneurial business markets. I managed the development of the Bank's 'Women in Business' programme and represented the organisation as the key spokesperson in this area. This work also included the initiation and project management of a dedicated website and other key marketing initiatives.
