Located in the rising city of Marsa Allam, Port Ghalib is a $2 Billion Dollar investment owned by Al-Kharafi Group that is set to redefine the Red Sea Riviera.Joined Sun International in 2007 as IT operations Manager reporting to Complex IT Director four months before opening to supervise vendors’ installation and delivery of IT infrastructures as well as enterprise and hospitality systems configuration.• Credited with the successful opening of Port Ghalib’s properties with sophisticated state of art $8 m technology investment. • Installed and managed a + 5000 active converged network node serving IPTV, IP phones, HSIA, CCTV, Access control, POS in addition to workstations and servers. • Led the installation of 35 system, 40 servers and 250 workstation serving +500 admin users.• Recruited, developed and managed a professional cross-functional team of 14 motivated and passionate IT experts.

Managing Hilton Hurghada Resort IT infrastructure, providing 1st line support to end users. Ensure the hotel is adopting and maintaining brand standards for guests and business relevant to IT services and offerings. Ensure Information Technology standards and best practices are communicated, implemented and measured in the property. Achieve compliance with Hilton audits and IT standards. Support other Hilton hotels in Hurghada during IT Manager absence.

Hilton Hurghada Long Beach Hotel

Reporting to Hilton Long Beach IT Manager, responsible for the 1st line support to end users and guests, daily processes, backups and preventive maintenance for workstations and servers. Handling IT manager responsibilities during his absence.
