    As the Lead Consultant for the Global Advocacy unit of the BRAC Ultra-Poor Graduation (UPG) program, I spearheaded a qualitative study to assess stakeholder knowledge and perceptions concerning the eradication of extreme poverty in Bangladesh. My responsibilities included designing the survey methodology, formulating the guiding questions, and overseeing the production of the final report. This initiative involved selecting and engaging approximately 90 stakeholders from diverse sectors—including beneficiaries from major divisional headquarters, the donor community, local public servants, the private sector, and academia—to gather comprehensive insights.The study aimed to enhance understanding of BRAC’s graduation approach towards fighting extreme poverty and the UPG program’s effectiveness. We explored stakeholders' knowledge of the overall extreme poverty scenario in Bangladesh, their experiences with extreme poverty policies and strategies, and their understanding of how BRAC's graduation approach contributes to alleviating poverty. The findings were instrumental in obtaining stakeholder suggestions for improving program delivery and integrating it with national plans through potential multi-stakeholder collaboration. The insights gained from this research significantly influenced the development of the BRAC UPG program’s advocacy strategy, strengthening its pathway to eradicating extreme poverty. The qualitative study, conducted by GI under my leadership, not only provided critical data but also highlighted areas for strategic enhancements in program implementation and stakeholder engagement.

The culmination of these extensive activities led to notable progress in several DB indicators, which was officially recognized in the DB 2019 report. Under this project, ILO aimed to establish an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) framework, increase awareness among stakeholders about OSH in various sectors, enhance capacity to manage OSH, and develop a database on health hazards related to the prioritized sectors.As the coordinator, I was entrusted with overseeing the inception mission and managing the entire assessment process. My responsibilities included developing assessment tools, coordinating meetings with relevant stakeholders from the Myanmar government and private sector, and ensuring effective data collection. Additionally, I managed the preparation of reports and facilitated communication between the ILO and OSH technical consultants deployed by Genese Innovantes (GI).My leadership in coordinating the assessment led to a comprehensive evaluation of the OSH conditions in the agriculture sector of Myanmar. Additionally, I conducted a policy analysis of current contract farming practices in Southeast Asian countries, focusing on Vietnam and the Philippines.
