• Collaborates with functional owners to understand business needs and implement applications using the industry best practices. • Carries out project coordination activities and act as a liaison between Developer team and functional owners of the enterprise. • Plans and manages small to large project initiatives to assure goals and objectives are accomplished on time, on budget, on scope, and to acceptable quality standards. • Participates in and contributes to all phases of ERP (and related) system development/implementation including requirements gathering, design, development, configuration, testing and deployment and maintenance. • Works with end-users, trouble shoots issues, and provides on-going production support. Works with consulting database administrator(s), programmers, and product experts to apply patches and make configuration changes. • Serve as a point of contact for technical support with various Employees. • Monitor applications daily and proactively ensure system is operating appropriately. • Resolve incidents and service requests.IT Manager Role1. Interacted with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner
