“BOPP Lines”Responsibilities:• Checks the raw materials & products and recycled materials in the quality lab according to the quality plan.• Follows the slitting processes in the production hall.• Manages non-conformity cases starting from detecting the defect passing by Correction, treatment of the defective product, and CAPA to close this NC case.• Follows the quality projects like (new and developed products, cost-saving, and statistical analysis).• Participating in Complaint handling.• Supports the Quality Manager in ensuring that all Quality Control standard methods and procedures are constantly updated in terms of efficiency and compliance with customer requirements.• Performs calibrations of instruments in the quality lab (internally & externally).

“Extrusion Blow Molding Technology” Responsibilities• Checks start-up samples in the quality lab and give the green light to the Shift leader to start the production.• Checks the products produced during the process in accordance with the procedures for inspection during the process.• Takes immediate corrective action and can stop the production line in case of unacceptable and critical defects (Managing non-conformity cases).• Makes total dimension analysis for the bottles.• Manages the laboratory's technical archive (standard samples; reports; specifications; technical designs etc.• Checks a list of parameters in the machines to make sure that the process of production is stable.• Management of the Quality and Hygiene system according to ISO 9001:2008 & EN 15593:2008 o Documentation and registration management. o Pest Control. o Cleaning of the areas, Premises, and Machinery (Housekeeping). o Contamination Control. o Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment. o Internal Audit. o Nonconformity, Corrective Action, and Preventive Action.
