Provide database of shortlist candidates.6. Interview the candidates whether the new post is internal or external to select the best candidate.7. Conduct exit interviews with leavers to be more aware about the information related to the company turnover and enhance our retention plan.8. Manage, lead, train and Mentor my diversified team. 9. Review, develop and conduct the Orientation for all the team members at Spinneys Egypt.

-Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departments managers. -Prepare, adjust job descriptions, profiles, and personal specifications.-Develop and generate HR statistical reports-Ensure implementation of the required induction and on-the-job training programs for the new employees in the different jobs and apply buddy- mentor system.Implement the initial screening of and interviews for candidates using different recruitment resources.-Revise, run and evaluate selection processes including interviews, tests, and personality questionnaires.-Run and evaluate exit interviews with leavers and Prepare turnover analysis.-Prepare the subjected presentations.

-Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.-Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes.-Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.-Prepare and maintain employment records.-Hire applicants and authorize paperwork assigning them to positions.-Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.-Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.-Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
