Prepare exchange list for dispatch center (NECC).- Prepare interlocking logic diagram.- Prepare local, remote control panels & protection panels (schematics) for power plants & substations.- Prepare CT/VT adequacy calculation.- Prepare control & protection panels B.O.Q (Bill Of Quantity), panel’s internal connection list and internal & external panel arrangement.- Prepare cable interconnections and termination charts.- Design auxiliary DC system includes DC SLD, DC load list, load profile, battery and battery charger calculations, DC short circuit calculation and DC system philosophy of operation. Review DC system schematics and preparing required DC interconnections between battery chargers, DC switchboard, battery monitoring system (BMS), inverter and AC/DC distribution boards.- Design auxiliary AC system includes AC SLD, AC load list. Review L.V switchboard wiring.- MCC setting.- Review M.V SWGRs to satisfy specification and owner requirements.- Review supplier’s technical offers and provide technical support for manufacturers during basic and detailed design stages. - Provide technical support for tender project studies.- Cable sizing calculation for DC & AC systems based on IEC and supplier catalogues.- Working as a technical office engineer for L’Oreal factory site for six months from September-2013 to March-2014 in systems: fire alarm, access, intrusion, CCTV and technical alarm system.- Project coordinator for GIZA CP 117A, Module III project and for Suez super critical CP-106 contract.- Currently, I’m a control and protection coordinator for Manshiet Naser 220/66/11kV GIS substation and project coordinator for Suez super critical power plant CP-106 Contract (Turbine, generator and those auxiliaries).
