Sr. Business Developer "B2B"
Current• Responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with Project Managers & Estimators• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders• Monitor Project team to ensure contracts are executed as agreed• Identify new channels with clients, consultant, end user, property developers and contractors at all levels.• Communicate and follow up with existing clients to develop and renew relationships.• Create pipelines for expected upcoming projects• Coordinate and support with the tender department and technical office department with all necessary documents and site visits regarding upcoming projects.• Update company profile on regular basis.• Prepare daily/ weekly and monthly reports.• Ensure all required information is provided prior to commencement of the tender process• Prepare and produce tender and full proposal documentation on qualified bids ensuring bid compliance• Check all contract documentation and ensure compliance when a bid is successful• Produce bid support material as required• Introduce efficiencies and new methods of tendering• Attend bid clarifications and handover meetings
