-Project: Dubai metro extension for the EXPO 2020 (Route 2020).App. Project value: 10.40 Billion AED.Contractor: Expolink (GÜLERMAK, ACCIONA and ALSTOM Consortium).-Duties & Responsibilities: -Responsible for Consultancy and Management (PMC) of Dubai Investment Park and Jumeirah Golf Estates underground metro stations including all geotechnical works, structural works and finishing works as –not limited to- diaphragm walls, dewatering works, excavation, waterproofing (Membrane, PVC membrane,sprayed polyurea, water leakage treatment ..etc), rafts, slabs, core walls, …..etc. -Responsible for Consultancy and Management of 3.2 KM TBM Tunnel, two open cut tunnels and two Annexes. -Review all submitted QA/QC documents by the Contractor like; Method statements, Material submissions, inspection and testing plan,….. etc. -Assist the Resident Engineer in performing the contractual duties on site (method statement, RFI, ITRs – daily inspections-, FCR, NCN -non-conformance-, daily records, monthly reports, interim payments, monitoring the progress, As built, raise observations and poor workmanship……etc.). -Preparing daily and weekly progress reports. -Monitoring material delivery and manpower statuses and reporting safety and quality observations to the Resident Engineer. -Coordinating with the planning and management team to monitor and follow up the progress of works on site according to the baseline.
