Dispatch Manager
CurrentPlan, monitor, control and direct all activities of dispatch to ensure achievement of established sales targets. Formulation of action plans to bridge the gap between Store Ordering processing and Goods dispatching process. Developing strategies and SOPs to maximize business performance, profitability, promotional strategies. To accomplish demand of stores to facilitate store to give the customer satisfaction by meeting the needs. Supporting product sales goals by studying business objectives, plans and turnover, Identifying and analyzing sales trends, category & segment wise, studying Dispatching Department layouts and plans. Ensure close coordination with Category Buyers and Store Management for the consistent and constant maintenance of active and effective Goods patching to stores. Ensure compliance to established quality standards by providing continues training. Ensure optimum productivity levels of subordinates through conducting regular performance evaluations and recommending development needs. Ensure coordination with other business units providing support in terms of maintaining the environment and atmosphere of Goods Dispatching Department.
