Oversee executive travel for the NFL On Location Division in Hawaii for the Pro Bowl. Coordinate such events as the NFL Saturday Night Party and the Official Pro Bowl Tailgate Party.Local (Hawaii) partnership and operation support for the annual NFL All Star Football Game - Pro Bowl. Coordinate sponsorship fulfillment which include promotions, cheerleader, mascot and player appearances. Assist with game week and day of game credentialing.

Managed promotional in-game activity for a Major League Baseball affiliated minor league organization based in Hawaii. Some sponsorship sales and fulfillment. Coordinated season long advertising. League is seasonal and ran from October 1 to November 25, 2006.

Managed the marketing and promotional activity for a daily newspaper (daily circulation: 65,000), weekly newspaper (weekly circulation: 250,000 x 2), weekly military newspapers (weekly circulation: 45,000).-Create and execute interactive multimedia cross promotions to drive circulation and advertising sales.-Work with the movie industry to create in-market promotions for new film releases in the Hawaii marketplace.-Schedule/traffic external advertising promoting the newspapers via external media.-Plan and orchestrate internal and external special events.-Develop and coordinate special projects to create additional revenue streams for the advertising sales department such as "Hawaii's Best" and "Bidding Advantage".-Negotiate and track all Trade/Contra partnerships and vendor agreements.-Negotiate and coordinate sponsorship participation between the newspapers and local event promoters.-Work with local and national non-profits.

Research, develop and coordinate a television program called "Higher Faster Stronger" which highlighted high school athletes who participated in on-air team building activities. Programming: NBC and WB -- Hawaii Market.

-Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing while generating new revenue through multi-tiered marketing promotions.-Maintained sponsorship relations for the Aloha Bowl, Hawaii Bowl and Hula Bowl Maui.-Assured that all contracted elements were met between for local/national sponsors.-Write, schedule and produce all game-day promotions and coordinate in-game PA announcements.-Work with graphic artist to produce game-day programs and media guides.
