Seeds for the future was a wonderful program culturally and scientifically. I learned about many technologies such as 5G, cloud computing, and AI and I had a virtual tour of Huawei's Exhibition Hall in Shenzhen which inspired us and sustained the information that we learned especially in the 5G technology. I also learned about the Chinese culture and I had a virtual tour of one of the biggest temples in china. I also had lectures to develop our entrepreneurial leadership skills.
in this year, the program guided us through the process of developing an idea that uses technology to solve a social or environmental problem. Also gave me the opportunity to present my idea to several experienced leaders from Huawei and the broader social innovation sectors.

* I was the team leader of the Iraqi winning team over other nine teams from Iraq, Finland, and Romania.
** I improved my own university graduation project and presented it as the team idea.
*** I presented it five times to many instructors and judges from different countries.
**** I presented Iraq in the program's culture exchange activity.
***** For the ICT course exams, I got the Top 1 rank other 32 participants.

I enjoyed this training program very much, as it provided an opportunity to learn how to prepare for virtual and personal career development opportunities. It also helped me a lot in increasing my professional prospects and looking well into the professional future, and how to prepare for training and job opportunities, and to develop my skills in line with the private sector and its needs without relying on the government sector. It was a wonderful and special experience, and the presenters of the sessions had beautiful methods and their way of delivering the sessions was enjoyable. The set of topics covered by this academy include many topics including networking strategy, developing a profile on LinkedIn, leadership mentality, professional development in the digital age. And many other topics.
