Surprisingly, we find that the unemployment rate increases with the level of education, from 1.6% for people without any degree to more than 22% for university graduates.Faced with these challenges, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Morocco designed, starting in 2015, in close partnership with the Ministry of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research; USAID Career Center program to facilitate youth transition from training to employment. USAID Career Center pursues the following objectives:-To establish career centers in 3 universities and 3 vocational training institutes (Casablanca-Settat, Marrakech-Safi, Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima regions),-To provide job preparation courses,-To involve the private sector according to a networking approach with training institutions,-Develop a transferable and sustainable Career Center model.Missions:• Animation of 11 workshops for more than 80 students on various themes (French language, content creation)• Assistance in organizing multiple events and job forums• Promotion of the UCA Career Center on social networks• Attempt to implement the Career Center Morocco model in Niger

2020 was the year in which I decided to take the plunge and join the long and noble initiative of organizing TEDx conferences. Our TED is called TEDxCaddiAyyadU, the license dating from January 2020.In the spirit of ideas that deserve to be disseminated, TEDx is a program of local self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, the TEDTalks video and the live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and a small group connection. These local self-organized events are marked TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).
