About Ismael Godinez Lopez
Over the past few years, I have been accumulating experience in product design, marketing, UX, and user and market research. More recently, I have been discovering service design, resulting in a transformative experience. It introduced me to different ways of thinking, doing, and being. Since then, I have been fortunate enough to engage with people looking to make a change in their industry field. It has also led me to work on some truly inspiring projects for circularity and social innovation. Thus, incorporating innovative offers with technology, spaces, and most importantly, people. And the learning does not stop.As a service designer, I work to identify and intervene in conditions that improve user experiences. I am passionate about looking at things from different angles and discovering the connections between people, objects, places, and ecosystems. My goal as a designer is to challenge assumptions, backed by user and market research. In this way, I help companies understand their customers and propose tailored-made offerings that uplift business value. At the same time, what particularly drives me is to question common practices and the impact of our decisions in order to propose more circular processes.
