- Monitoring and constant guarantee of surveillance and operation of the network of products, networks and services managed by the ANOC in Spain;- Identification of network-related incidents, with available diagnostic tools and development of a way to solve the network problem;- Work in a KPI-oriented way (detection time, reaction time, etc.);- Take planned and proactive actions to keep the network and application servers up and running;running at the highest availability possible;- Accurately diagnose network incidents, provide support and troubleshoot problems;- Coordinate field interventions on failures and ensure that all agreed procedures and standards are followed;- Reporting incidents to other service providers (Orange, Telefonica/Movistar, Cellnex, Retegal, etc);- Email management;- Manage escalations according to management procedures and levels ofservice.

- Technical support (Portuguese, Spanish, English) for Galp Energy employees;- Processing and handling of incidents and service requests received via the service portal (EasyVista), email or phone;- Categorization and forwarding of tickets to different entities;- Use of account administration tools by Active Directory, SAP 740 and LockOutStatus;- Troubleshooting and guidance on the use of all software for Galp users, such asas Microsoft tools (Word, Excell, Outlook), OpenSGC, Siebels, Success Factors, etc;- Remote access for incident investigation and diagnosis, software installationcorporate files, network folder mapping, among others;- Validation of application access.
