Coordinate and support the preparation of regional projects and liaise between different stakeholders and international donors such as the Caribbean Biological Corridor regional programme in Cuba, Dominican Republic and Jamaica, supported by the EU, or the Andean Mountain Initiative regional organization, supported by Euroclima+ and IKI. Perform consultations with key local, national and regional stakeholders and conduct regional studies for delivering policy recommendations. Delivered participatory, consultive processes and workshops. Organize regional and national events facilitating public consultations for policy reform processes. Support the formulation of UNEP’s country programme for Cuba by liaising between UNEP, the UN System and the Ministry of Environment. Offer inputs, talking points and preparing policy briefs, new proposals and assuring internal inter-unit coordination with UNEP's Caribbean administration representatives.
