Delivered participatory, consultive processes and workshops. Organize regional and national events facilitating public consultations for policy reform processes. Support the formulation of UNEP’s country programme for Cuba by liaising between UNEP, the UN System and the Ministry of Environment. Offer inputs, talking points and preparing policy briefs, new proposals and assuring internal inter-unit coordination with UNEP's Caribbean administration representatives.
