• Responsible for the Castor oil project in Brazil, an ambitious project to secure Arkema supply chain for Bio-based Rilsan Polyamide 11.• Responsible for the negotiating and exportation of the Castor oil from Brazil to Europe;• Improving the logistic challenges caused by the pandemic and global shortage; • Working with small family farming and large farms to increase the yield and improve protocols and best agricultural practices;• Arkema representative at ABM (Brazilian Castor Association) to secure and discuss the improvements with the main stakeholders of the Castor market in Brazil;• Support farms in the innovation process and best practices, certified seeds, mechanization solutions and sustainability;• Responsible for the creation and project leader at ABM of PROJETO +MAMONA that support small farms holders to increase the yield through best practices, irrigation with water management, certified seed and technical support.• Also responsible for the Recycling Sourcing of Polymers in Brazil

• Category strategic sourcing manager responsible for raw material purchase over 30 Arkema´s plants in North America. In charge of all the Additives, Pigments, Cellulosic, UV Stabilizers and Antioxidant that represent more than $20M spend year.

• Purchasing Coordinator of Brazil responsible for the Strategic Sourcing and negotiation of raw materials as resins, mineral fillers, solvents, additives, chlorides, monomers, acrylates and packaging for two plants in Brazil.• Also responsible for MRO, Service and Power energy;• Managing a team of 3 Buyers;• Responsible for the business and information for Latin American;• Definition of purchase strategy based on market intelligence and commodity price trends;• Leading projects involving cross functional teams with laboratory, operations, engineering, finance and sales, achieving substantial cost savings• Budget and raw material price forecast• Actual Spend 40M/year of Raw Materials;• Include Brazil in the global contracts;• Weekly report to US and France align the global strategy for the region.• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Strategic Sourcing.• Development of new suppliers, logistics strategies with headquarters in France.• Active participation of S&OP focused on improving the local and supply chain process.• Also responsible for the process of evaluation and performance of suppliers, through KPI`s.
