Responsible for stakeholder management of joint venture partners, international and domestic consultants, concerned local authorities and vendors and sub vendors.Development and implementation of sound project controls mechanism to limit project overruns and stay within budgeted value and its coordination with BIM generated reports.

Responsible for the delivery of GBP 163 million school construction and rehabilitation programme, funded by Department of International Development, Pakistan, spanning in two major provinces of Pakistan. Programme planning, forecasting / Budgeting, procurement management, contracts management, construction and invoicing are the key roles bestowed upon. Delivered 469 schools within 2 years 4 months since joining. Procured 20 contractors for 369 schools within 4 months of joining Technical lead and Cheif technical officer for a cloud based Management information system, meant to give a live construction feedback by the province, District, school, contract and a monitoring tool for relevant internal and external stakeholder
