• To coordinate and execute new products sample making.• To provide guidance for new team members to perform their jobs and lead to resolve any technical issues arise during product sample preparation stage.• To ensure new product sample making at End of Line (EOL) can meet the company’s declared OTD (On Time Delivery) targets.• To develop, analyse and record permanent solution for any problem encountered during sample making.• Coordinate with senior management and maintain knowledge on sample making status and prepare appropriate reports.

-Prepare related process document such as product defect analyzing by using root cause analysis(RCA).-Prepare monthly report on machine Foreign Material (FM) monitoring.-Measurement System Analysis (MSA) study for Attribute & Variables.-Root cause analysis by using Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) for customer complaint case.-Mechanical parts technical drawing sketching by using SolidWork.-Attend engineering trainings such as MSA, FMEA, SPC, Poka Yoke, GR&R.-Attend yearly Internal Quality (IQA) Audit and ESD Audit.

-Repair and troubleshoot End of Line (EOL) equipment.-Set up equipment for EOL production.-Perform Preventive Maintenance per the defined schedule and ensure Preventive Maintenance and calibration program effectiveness.-Improve equipment and process capability.-Perform good housekeeping and ensure line safety.Minimized overall equipment downtime.
