• Leading all-optical fiber network (FTTX and backbone), GPON, CCTV, and Smart meters design activities and providing technical expertise on all aspects in the New Administrative Capital project.•Manage internal and third-party teams to produce high-quality designs across the new capital.•Takes a lead in preparing schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations as requested and checks and confirms that the correct scope of work is reflected on assigned schedules. •Integrates inter-discipline schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned disciplines or specialties.• Reviews and assesses the work sequences with the total project plan. •Establishes and implements methods for determining activity durations within assigned disciplines or specialties. •Develops quantity release and/or installation curves for assigned disciplines/areas or specialties. •Reviews and approves invoice verification for payment based on cost-loaded schedules, as required. •Develop specific project codes of accounts and work breakdown structures and recommends appropriate modifications and revisions for new work items assigned.•Determines critical-path activities for assigned discipline or specialties, identifies significant activities supporting inter-discipline requirements, and identifies a critical path for discipline or specialty work activities. •Identifies, analyzes, and monitors schedule deviations for assigned disciplines or specialties including subcontractor submittals, and recommends corrective action/work-around solutions for project considerations. •Develop and write the schedule commentary in the monthly progress and similar reports.

-Direct and manage the assigned projects from beginning to end.- Implement the design for FTTH network for the new projects.-Doing all the site survey and Design for all FTTH projects.-Preparing all the technical documents and B.O.Q. required for new projects.

• Ensures that all the required checks for documents and shipments on outgoing vessels, are in compliance with deadlines and global Standard Operating Procedures. • Ensures that shipments are to be billed to the receivers and are ready for invoicing.• Cooperate with Department Manager and other team members to ensure Service Failures related to Transport Management are brought down to Zero.• Ensure that the longstanding global Standard Operating Procedure is followed.• Recommend policies and processes and recommend appropriate organization, tools and IT requirements to support the transport management process.• Closely cooperate with local management in order to provide an excellent service towards customers.• Participate in customer visits if/when required from customer service perspective.• Actively participate in customer service meetings, Webex and/or on locations.• Attend and reply own BA Outlook queues within agreed deadlines

- Handling both FTTH & Telecom Egypt Accounts.- Preparing all technical and commercial proposals regarding these accounts.- Doing all the site survey and Design for all FTTH projects.- Doing all the site survey and Design for all FTTH projects.- Handling the ongoing projects in these sectors with the project managers to assure the customer satisfaction and to assure the achievement our project’s scope.- Making Market Research and planning.

- Direct and manage the assigned projects from beginning to end.- Manage. direct, organize, engineering, execute and close all related work to OSP projectsstudying requirements, designing, building BOQ's,-Prepare a weekly project status report mentioning project progress, issues and plannedactivities for the week after.- Plan and schedule project deliverables goals and milestones.-Manage day-to -day operational aspects of projects and their scope.-Review deliverables implemented by the project team before passing to client.-Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timelyand clear manner- Control the project cost, time and quality according to the project constraints.

• Acts as an arbitrator at site to solve problems arising among project engineers in fiber optics equipments (OTDR & Splicing machine). • Analyzes product design, customer requirements and performance standards and authorizes technical studies.• Prepares project status reports, collects, analyzes and summarizes information.• Controlling in all project documentation and archiving.• Providing advice and support on the development of specific systems.• Submitting technical data.• Pre-survey for FTTH fiber optics projects and make analyze for the data.• Make documentation for the pre-survey.• Calculate BOQ “Bill Of Quantity” for the project.

• Optical fiber cable testing with OTDR equipment to perform the proper cable testing.• Commissioning (Acceptance Test after Installation using OTDR “Optical Fiber Time Domain Reflector “, etc…… ).• Coordinate between all teams & the clients.
