I am a data scientist with 5 years' experience in advance analytics programming including Python, R, MATLAB, and JAVA. My expertise involves Mathematical Optimization, Meta-Heuristic Optimization, and Machine Learning in several industrial projects. My achievements include developing an optimization model to maximize profit margin of PETRONAS gas supply, creating a model to offer recommendations and providing descriptive insights using RShiny, building a simplified model of SAP process for budget-to-cost allocation to significantly reduce simulation time from 1 week to just few minutes, and becoming a Citizen Analytic Trainer to PETRONAS employees in which enable them to perform basic analytics by themself. I was a Ph.D candidate at Universiti Malaysia Pahang wherein I conducted research to enrich the body knowledge of meta-heuristic optimization by introducing a novel method called "Multi-State Optimization Algorithm" in Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Gravitational Search Algorithm (GSA). and them applied the algorithms to solve assembly sequence planning problems.
