Over 15 years of relevant experience, providing Engineering consultancy and advice for developers within the Industrial and Logistics sector. He has built and maintained strong long-term working relationships with developers, design consultants and contractors. He has worked on projects ranging from single self-storage units to units over 1m sq. ft schemes. He has also experience of large multi-storey, mixed-use and residential developments. He specialises in the design of earthworks, roads, below ground drainage and SuDS with a sound knowledge of substructure and superstructure design. Extensive experience in obtaining statutory approvals from the Local Planning Authority, Lead Local Flood Authority, Highway Authority, Environment Agency, sewerage undertakers and Network Rail. Actively involved in projects from inception through to completion. Maintains communication and manages the design process between in-house design team and external consultants. Co-ordinates internal and external teams to provide sound engineering solutions to often geotechnically challenged development sites.
