• Creating and distributing help guides and tutorials for parliament staff and within the service desk
• Working with multiple teams within the Parliamentary digital service to investigate and resolve known issues raised by our clients
• Working within SLA, making sure cases are responded to in a timely manner and getting fixes applied within a specific time frame.
