As the first Asset Manager for the entire city of Dubai South responsible of managing the entire project spread across over 145 SQKM the largest aerotropolis in the world and the home of AlMaktoom Airport largest Airport to be in the world.As master developers, the Dubai South asset management team is responsible for the entire services of managing the city 24/7 from all aspects with the highest diversity in asset types ranging from commercial buildings or office buildings, aviation air terminal's land and airside, residential, staff accommodation specialized logistic assets, complexes, freight forwarding facilities, and the complete infrastructure including treating sewerage water and redistribute of the TSE generated while providing world-class services to the investor's, Employees and Residents of Dubai South.Successfully was able to build the department from scratch, train and lead the first the asset management team while setting up automation systems for the entire asset management operation of the city and interconnecting it to the largest command and control center in the region from the number of assets connected also be their types along with entire procurement, inventory management, and fleet management.Every year we achieved 10 to 15% cost reduction as we improved our efficiencies and carried out successful capital investments to reduce our costs and increase the bottom line while managing the challenges of the market.

As a Member of the committee besides voting on investment projects & plans, I had an independent role in formulating the project operational cost cycle based on the asset life cycle as one of the major inputs in the financial models of the investments presented to the committee.

Key achievement:Successfully lead the preopening team at Cairo Festival City Mall Eygpt. With over 300 stores and 95 restaurants and cafés, the mall is anchored by Egypt's only IKEA, Carrefour hypermarket, and leading department stores, Marks & Spencer and Debenhams.Reduced capital expenses in Doha Festival City by adopting value engineering measures without impact on the customer experience.Looking over the regions mall's operation to ensure the festival mall brand standards are applied across all operating malls such as customer service, facility management services, tenant management, brand identity and guidelines
