Profile:Responsible for Technical, Sales & Service requirement for products all over India. Responsibilities & Duties: To generate Sales for achieving the Yearly Target. Heading the back office team & operations (tendering, vendor management, daily correspondence etc). Develop new key clients for expansion & growth of Business  Review/study of tender/project enquiries/specifications thoroughly (technical as well as commercial points). Complete knowledge for ONLINE & OFFLINE SALES (Quotations / Offers). Taking care of Technical queries of Clients, Regional sales offices & Dealers. Follow-up with customers for timely Payments & installation certificates. Generating RFQ & convert into sales. Understands the Complete Sales cycle right from enquiry generation - Order finalization – Transfer to Execution team, C Form collection - Sales Completion. Preparation of proposals, compilation of required documents against tender / project enquiry Attending kick-off meeting & Pre-bid meeting for Tenders. Finalizing the pricing strategy against respective enquiries & tenders/RFQs Visiting clients for techno commercial discussions & submission of tenders as and when required. Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions To arrange for Presentations & Demonstrations required during Pre Sales & Post Supplies. Taking care of Technical queries of Clients, Regional colleagues & Distributors. Preparation of Product Technical & Tender specifications.  Review & Submissions of All India Sales Order Scrutinizing Reports. Coordination with Commercial Department for timely delivery of right products as per orders. Submission of Project List for All India on monthly basis for Sales Analysis. To create & update the SALES Order Data bank & circulate the same as & when required. Play an active role in preparation of Product Prices. To provide adequate support to Regional Offices & Distributors in terms of preparing Tender documents.

Monitoring & Maintaining WAN network all over India. Around 70 corporate customers all over India, over 3000 links to monitor.

Maintaining a team of 12 technicians, providing technical support in the area of Kandivali, Borivali & Dahisar with strength of 12,000 customers.
