Team Leader in R&D Field Trials is responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing field trials that assess the performance, feasibility, and efficacy of new products or technologies.Develop detailed trial plans, including objectives, methodologies, timelines, and resource requirements.Quality data generation and screening of new products.Lead and supervise field trial teams, ensuring that trials are conducted according to established protocols.Oversee data collection, monitoring, and documentation during trials.Address and resolve any issues or deviations encountered during trials.Collect, analyse, and interpret data generated during field trials.Ensure data quality and accuracy to draw meaningful conclusions.Prepare detailed reports on trial outcomes, including findings, insights, and recommendations.Maintain accurate records of trial protocols, results, and any deviations.Ensure that all field trial activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.Implement safety protocols and practices for both team members and trial sites.Communicate trial progress, results, and implications to project stakeholders, including R&D managers, executives, and external partners.Manage resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to ensure efficient trial execution.Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance trial efficiency and effectiveness.Helping business to fill portfolio gaps by launching new products.Trialling excellence of field trialling team.Technical training of sales team and farmers & complaint handling Proactively finding new opportunities to support the business.

Manage SYN Pak’s stewardship activities to ensure the safe handling (from Start to finish and beyond) of SYN’s products by farmers.Deliver SYN’s stewardship commitments (Business sustainability goals – good growth plans) and to support the maintenance and growth of SYN’s Crop Protection assets in Pakistan.Providing advice to the Pakistan business on the stewardship on SYN’s current and future CP assets, on how to proactively manage and respond to stewardship issues and incidents.Responsible for SYN PK’s internal and external stewardship reporting obligations are met, including in terms of the Adverse Health Incident Database (AHIDB), the Good Growth Plan and others obligations as required.Building strong relationships with key distributor, industry, government, and value chain stakeholders to advance the company’s interests on emerging stewardship issues and in the development and conduct of industry stewardship initiatives. Lead crop protection stewardship training's of internal stakeholders i.e., Sales team, Asset managers, commercials, and external stake holders i.e. Farmers, Value Chain (Rice) partners, honeybee keepers, dealers, Govt. agriculture official of pest warning and extension department.Implementation of SYN’s Good Growth Plan (GGP) specially “health for all” by conducting pesticides safety training's of internal and external stakeholders including research institute, academia, farmers, Govt. officials of Pest warning and extension department.Implement SYN’s residue free rice program and train the trainers (Master trainers) of value chain partners agriculture staff, lead farmers, sales team, and Asset managers.To ensure the farmers’ safety and health, arrange the PPEs at Naya Savera center throughout Pakistan.Conduct Master training on pesticides resistance monitoring of sales team, farmers, Pest warning and extension department
