I started my career as a design/construction engineer in a company that produces vaccines. I have prepared electrical infrastructure projects at the vaccine company, maintenance device in-factory and repairs, improved electrical systems, and regulated maintenance workflow. Later, I continued my business life as a quality control engineer in Iraq, my first overseas experience with ENKA. After working in Iraq for seven months, I continued my professional life in Libya and the same company, such as TFA, QA/QC Engineer, Electrical Supervisor etc. My essential aim is to develop myself by doing projects and contributing to a company that I work on at a critical level. • Ensure the execution of IR tests, Meger tests, and Continuity tests.• Ensuring proper implementation of ground resistance and continuity tests in grounding work, and verifying correct placement of galvanized stripe, thermoweld, and grounding rod depth.• Checking the proper installation of air terminals, grounding tapes, down conductors, and test terminals during lightning protection installation.• Conducting alignment, bonding, identification, connection, and earthing checks during electrical equipment installation.• Ensuring proper cable pulling and termination, including cable drum, megger testing, route and labeling checks, connection verification, and post-termination testing. Checking safety distance between control/instrument and power cables, proper gland usage during termination, and correct use of materials (cable lugs, tags, ferrules, cable heads, etc.).• In battery, charger, and UPS system installations, ensure that all UPS panels and batteries are inspected. Verify the accuracy of battery colors and junction box placement according to drawings, check electrolyte levels and anode/cathode connections. Verify proper battery storage conditions, perform EX and fan controls in the battery room, and check the related terminations.• Checking that the installation works for instrument hook-up and P&IDs are carried out in compliance and recording it.• Verifying the instrument calibration certificates (if available), tubing fittings, tubing, and tag number controls and creating records.• Ensuring proper installation and monitoring of cathodic protection equipment, including test post, anode, reference electrode, coupon assembly, and cathodic rectifier unit. Monitoring voltage measurement, height and position of electrodes, and isolation during the project.
