Followed up routine analysis process of the products, and determined labels.Informed to agents for responding of internal and external customer complaints. Inspected the suppliers of Tazedirekt.com and supported them for the improvement plans.Ensured for the quality criteria of Tazedirekt.com’s warehouse and inspected regularly.Checked delivery requirements and cold chain application of the refrigerated vehicles of Tazedirekt and Macrocenter.Supported the creation process of the social media contents of Tazedirekt.com and Macrocenter in compliance with the legal requirements.Confirmed the e-commerce products of Tazedirekt and Macrocenter whether the product information is correct and proper for the legal requirements.
