As a professional with expertise in learning and development, technical project management, instructional design, training facilitation, and career coaching, I thrive on empowering individuals and organizations to reach their fullest potential. Currently, I am responsible for planning, executing, and delivering learning solutions as a Technical Project Manager at Sprints, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving successful project outcomes.Previously, as the Learning & Development Manager at iSpark Egypt, I led a team of instructional designers and facilitators in designing and implementing educational programs and learning solutions in various areas, including entrepreneurship, career education, and design thinking. One of my notable contributions was UNICEF's Meshwary Employability Skills Program, a transformative initiative that reached over 250,000 youth across more than 17 governorates in Egypt, equipping them with valuable skills for their professional journeys.Additionally, I created Career Quest, a gamified initiative that has helped 5,000+ high school students in Egypt figure out their career paths through a strong foundation in career coaching tools. I have also had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed organizations such as GIZ, UN Women, Plan International, Save The Children, the US Embassy, UNDP, and other international organizations. Through these collaborations, I have contributed to various capacity-building and upskilling programs and initiatives in domains such as career development, design thinking, innovation, employability, and entrepreneurship education. This includes initiatives like the US Embassy's Women Entrepreneurship Camp, the Academy of Women Entrepreneurs, and Global Entrepreneurship Week.As an Associate Certified Career Coach (ACCC), I offer personalized, strategic guidance to help clients identify their interests and achieve their career aspirations.
