LEAD21 Fellowship Program is a comprehensive one-year leadership development initiative designed to empower individuals. It encompasses mentorship, coaching, scholarships, diverse leadership training sessions, extensive networking opportunities, personal and career development programs, specialized modules for in-depth understanding of emerging technologies, and hands-on project management experiences. This unique program selects 21 fellows through five-step, six-month evaluation and selection process, drawing from thousands of candidates across all regions of Turkey. Upon successful completion of the program, LEAD21 Fellowship promises its fellows the opportunity to become integral members of a robust Leadership Ecosystem.After completing LEAD21 Fellowship Program, with highest grades in the first place he has earned the privilege of receiving this reference letter and becoming an integral part of the Yenibirlider Association's Leadership Ecosystem.

Yüzyıl Yetkinlik Eğitim Programıdır. Yetkin Gençler Eğitim ve Farkındalık Programı sırasında verilen görevleri tamamlıyorum ve GirişGen süreci içerisinde BM Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefleri odaklı girişimimi kurmayı öğreniyorum.
