- Self-learned VBA macros and collaborated with client to accurately identify their processes and needs in Microsoft Excel to create a system in MS Excel to automate data processing which previously involved manual copying data from sheets to sheets and heavy use of Excel formulas.- All manual processes from data transfer and transformation were reduced to just three buttons. This system successfully reduced data processing time by more than 50%.- Enhanced a MS Excel Quotation system to improve efficiency and quality of data management. Created buttons with functions such as checking if quotation exists, saving quotation, and overwriting previous quotation. Past processes such as checking for previous quotations may result in duplication of records and time wasted. With automation, time to serve a customer was reduced by up to 75% and customers satisfaction greatly improved.
